I’m not receiving any text messages?

  • Péarlaí only sends 3 text messages per visit and one per tenant per week so you may have already received all you text messages in a 7 day period.
  • You may have only selected a small number of shops to receive text from and have already received them this week.
  • Your VIP Fob may be buried at the bottom of your bag or covered by something in your coat and is difficult to be picked up to enable us to send messages.
  • Your VIP fob may be on a key chain with a car fob which opens your car when you walk up to it. Those car fobs work on a similar frequency and can cancel out your VIP fob.
  • You may have left your VIP fob at home which means you will not receive text messages.
  • Your VIP fob may be faulty and if not damaged after being issued can be replaced for free if within a 30 day period of being issued.
  • I’m receiving too many text messages?

    You now have complete control over how many texts you receive, how often and from who by logging into your account and updating your preferences.”

    I’m receiving text messages too frequently?

    You can login into your personal VIP account @ vip.pearlai.com and edit the frequency of text messages being sent per visit.

    I’m not receiving enough text messages?

    You can login to your personal VIP account @ vip.pearlai.com and edit how many text messages you would like to receive per visit.

    What happens if I lose my VIP fob?

    You can purchase a new one from the centre customer service desk at any time without having to complete an application by simply providing your mobile number. Your old VIP fob will be made inactive.

    How can I change which shops I receive text messages from?

    You can login into your personal VIP account @ vip.pearlai.com and edit your favourite shops preferences.

    How do I redeem my free loyalty hot drink?

    You simply have to show the text messages you received on the day you received at the corresponding shop to redeem your free loyalty hot drink.

    How do I redeem my free loyalty parking?

    You simply have to show the text messages you received on the day you received it @ the parking desk where they will take note of unique code and issue your free parking.

    How do I know which shops I can get all year discount in?

  • All participating shops should have a VIP KEY FOB ACCEPTED HERE sticker in their window.<
  • You can also visit the corresponding shopping centres website VIP section and see a list of the participating stores on it.
  • How will I know when other shops begin giving all year round discount?

  • All VIP fob holders for relevant shopping centres will receive an email informing them of new shops joining doing all year round discount.<
  • It will also be highlighted on the corresponding shopping centres website VIP section.
  • Can I use my same VIP fob in other centres?

  • Yes, when other centres join will be notified and asked if you would like to receive their benefits.
  • Other centres will have different stores and loyalty rewards so you will only have to select which shops you would like to receive text notifications from.
  • You can see their loyalty reward details on their VIP section of their website.
